The Leo Club is a youth civic organization associated with the International Lions Club whose objective is to serve and support the community. The Leo Club's local affiliate is the Winchester Host Lions Club, which Leo Club supports annually through activities and programs such as conducting Recycle for Sight drives, carrying banners for the Apple Blossom parade, and escorting during charity balls that benefit local childhood cancer camps. The Millbrook Leo Club's annual activities include the St. Baldrick's Foundation Shave-a-thon to fight childhood cancer, Adopt-a-Highway program litter cleanup, youth activity support at Blandy Experimental Farm's Garden Fair, assistance with the Valley Health Wellness Fair, assistance with the local community soup kitchens, participation in Red Cross Blood Drives as well as Salvation Army bell ringing. We do not limit ourselves to these activities and welcome new ideas to support the community. We always welcome new members no matter the time of year--it is never too late to help the community. The Leo Club Program objective is: "To provide the youth of the world with an opportunity for development and contribution, individually and collectively, as responsible members of the local, national, and international community." The Leo Club Motto is: “Leadership, Experience, and Opportunity.”
